Enforcement modes

  • enforcement_mode=shadow — records would-block without authority-bearing reject
  • enforcement_mode=enforce — forced on clinical/legal shells
  • stratam_candidate_enabled stays off until signed G5 + operator enable
  • Identifier façade: PHI vs PII labelling follows profile (clinical vs enterprise)

Lab API (n4)

  • Origin: Cloudflare Tunnel → n4 127.0.0.1:8530
  • Profile: VOROR_DEPLOYMENT_PROFILE=dev (immune/PHI off for lab)
  • Public probe: https://api.voror.dev/health/live
  • Does not replace clinical staging on hera

STRATAM / MLSB

  • STRATAM mechanisms only after MLSB qualification + VOROR gates
  • G5 bridge bag path is evidence-gated — not auto-enabled on this host
  • Partner demos stay invitation-only; no unauthenticated write paths
